To allow adequate time for scheduling, preparation, and travel arrangements, we recommend submitting speaking requests at least 3–6 months before your event. For conferences, retreats, and larger events, 6–12 months' notice is preferred. We may still consider requests submitted less than 90 days in advance, depending on availability.

For conferences, keynote presentations, breakout sessions, panel discussions, and Q&A can be combined into one customized experience.
Yes. Each engagement is tailored to your audience, schedule, and goals.
When you send your request, tell us about your event, your audience, and what you hope people will take away, and we will shape the session around that.
Suggested honorariums start at $350 for a Sunday or single presentation. These are starting honorariums rather than fixed fees.
Other starting points are $600 for a Sunday plus an additional session, $1,000 for a half-day workshop or seminar, $2,000 for a full-day conference or training event, and $2,500 for a weekend retreat or conference, or for Gerald and Rochelle together. The final arrangement may vary with the number of presentations, preparation, event format, audience size, and travel involved.
For engagements that require significant travel, the host organization is asked to provide or reimburse transportation or mileage, airfare when appropriate, hotel accommodations when an overnight stay is required, and reasonable meals during travel.
Travel and lodging are separate from the speaking honorarium.

We are willing to consider reduced honorariums or other ministry partnership arrangements when appropriate, because we want biblically grounded teaching and discipleship to be available to as many people as possible.
