The S.T.A.R.s Program is a 90-day online discipleship journey made up of twelve video lessons with a workbook, eight live group coaching sessions, hands-on exercises, curated Bible study resources, and access to a private community of participants.
It is led by Rev. Gerald Haug and Rev. Rochelle Haug and runs in cohorts, so you go through it alongside other believers rather than alone.
S.T.A.R. stands for Study, Tools, Analyze & Apply, and Reinforce. It is BibleSpot's practical approach to studying Scripture.
Study the culture, language, history, and message. Use Tools such as maps, timelines, and concordances to deepen your understanding. Analyze & Apply the text to uncover its meaning and connect biblical truth to everyday life. Reinforce what you learn by discussing, teaching, and sharing Scripture with others.

Enrollment for the Winter 2027 cohort opens on January 4, 2027, and the program runs from February 1 to May 1, 2027.
The days and times of the live sessions are chosen together with the cohort members once the group forms, so the schedule fits the people taking part.
Between one and three hours a week, depending on whether there is a live session that week.
Live sessions last two hours and combine teaching with group coaching.
$497, against a value of $1,100. That covers all twelve lessons, the workbook, the eight live coaching sessions, the resource library, and community access for the full 90 days.
The price rises for later cohorts, so signing up early costs less.
Entirely online. Lessons and live coaching sessions run from a computer, tablet, or phone, so you can take part wherever you are.
Yes. The program starts by teaching you how to study Scripture, so a newer believer is not left behind.
What it does ask for is commitment: time in Scripture, time in prayer, and a willingness to be stretched over three months.
No. You are welcome whether or not you have a home church at the moment.
We welcome believers without a local church just as warmly as those who are settled in one.
Yes. You can request a refund within 7 calendar days of the official program start date, less a $50 non-refundable administrative fee.
After those first 7 days, program fees are non-refundable, and anyone on the payment plan remains responsible for the remaining payments. You can pay in full at $497 or choose three monthly payments of $180. The full terms are on our Refund Policy page.
