We want you to feel confident about your decision to participate in the BibleSpot S.T.A.R.s Discipleship Program. Because S.T.A.R.s is a 90-day cohort experience that includes digital course materials, live teaching and coaching sessions, community access, and advance preparation by our ministry team, enrollment commits you to the full program.
You may choose either of the following payment options:
Pay in Full: $497
Payment Plan: Three monthly payments of $180, for a total of $540
The payment plan is provided as a convenience and is not a month-to-month subscription. By selecting the payment plan, you are committing to the full 90-day program and agree to complete all three scheduled payments unless you cancel within the refund period described below.
We understand that sometimes a program may not be the right fit. You may request a refund within 7 calendar days of the official S.T.A.R.s Program start date.
Eligible refunds will be issued less a $50 non-refundable administrative fee. This fee helps cover enrollment processing, payment-processing costs, cohort administration, program access, and the resources provided during the first week of the program.
If you paid in full, your refund will equal the amount paid minus the $50 administrative fee. If you selected the payment plan, any eligible refund will be calculated from the amount already paid, less the $50 administrative fee, and remaining scheduled payments will be canceled.
After the first 7 calendar days of the program, all program fees are non-refundable. Participants who selected the payment plan remain responsible for completing the remaining scheduled payments.
Refunds or prorated credits are not provided for missed live sessions, incomplete coursework, changes in personal schedules, or a decision not to complete the program.
We understand that serious illness, family emergencies, and other unexpected circumstances can arise. In exceptional situations, BibleSpot may, at its discretion, allow a participant to transfer their enrollment to a future S.T.A.R.s cohort, subject to availability.
We encourage you to contact us as soon as possible if an unexpected circumstance affects your ability to participate.

We understand that circumstances can change. You may end your coaching relationship as outlined in your signed coaching agreement. You will be responsible only for the coaching services you have already received, and we will fully refund any advance payment for unused coaching services in accordance with your agreement.
