The fruit of the Spirit is the nine-part character that the Holy Spirit produces in a believer's life, listed in Galatians 5:22-23: love, joy, peace, patience, kindness, goodness, faithfulness, gentleness, and self-control.
Scripture calls it fruit rather than fruits because the nine grow together as one character, not as nine separate qualities to pick from.
